Love the pizza. Best cinnamon sticks.
Owner and staff are incredibly rude, orders are often incorrect, buffet is always sad looking and they don’t take requests. I came in the other day right at open and the salad bar looked at this when the store opened… So disgusting. No care for the store and no connection with the community after the business was sold in 2023. Way too expensive and they take forever to take orders.
I love bringing my daughter here. It is our special place to get a bite to eat. It's always an amazing experience. The food is good and the people are friendly.
We had a great experience at Pizza Factory in Anacortes! We came in about 20 minutes before closing, and even though it was late, the manager was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They never made us feel rushed and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant visit. The excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience memorable. Thank you for your hospitality and the pizza was DELICIOUS!!!
