Pizzas here are phenomenal! Salad bar is the best- and the bread twists are unreal!
We were very disappointed with our experience at The Pizza Factory Spanish Fork tonight. It took well over 10 minutes for a server to come to our table for the first time. If it's a busy night, be prepared for it to be very loud in the restaurant. The pizza was the saddest, most underbaked excuse for a pizza I have ever eaten. My husband was disgusted and was so mad that we paid as much as we did for it. It tasted like the kind you might get in a school cafeteria, not a restaurant. The wait was longer than they described on the phone as well. It was just an overall underwhelming and unpleasant experience.
Very sad there is so many 1 star reviews, food is good price is fair and it’s normally very fast. Some days it gets extra busy and it takes a minute but we have eaten here roughly once a week for years and we love it!
We come for lunch at least a few times a week. They have great lunch specials. We always get in and out quick and everything we have tried has been good!
