The pizza was the saddest, most underbaked excuse for a pizza I have ever eaten. My husband was disgusted and was so mad that we paid as much as we did for it. It tasted like the kind you might get in a school cafeteria, not a restaurant. The wait was longer than they described on the phone as well. It was just an overall underwhelming and unpleasant experience.
Very sad there is so many 1 star reviews, food is good price is fair and it’s normally very fast. Some days it gets extra busy and it takes a minute but we have eaten here roughly once a week for years and we love it!
We come for lunch at least a few times a week. They have great lunch specials. We always get in and out quick and everything we have tried has been good!
We love Pizza Factory!!! The food is amazing and the service is great. The tall blonde server is always attentive, and provides us with exceptional service.
