My search for great pizza in Albany continues. We ordered a large sausage pie to pick up, more what I would call medium-about 13" in diameter. Also it didn't have very much sausage, just a few crumbles. The crust was kind of soft, more like pastry. It was OK. Overall the taste was good, kind of a sweet, buttery flavor with neither being overpowering. I would have liked to have more cheese. It was an insubstantial pie. To satisfy my hunger I would have needed 3 slices when I normally eat 2.
Literally just received my DoorDash order .. it was a salad with a cake and a drink.. blue cheese cup ALL over the bag, NO DRINK, and there was a ROTTEN TOMATO in my salad! Glad I saw it before I could even eat it! LIKE BE SO FOR REAL!
I was looking for a place to get something to eat after a long day of traveling. I wasn't sure what to expect but at 12:30 in the morning you take what you can get. Upon arrival, staff was friendly. Pizza and calzones were made fresh to order. Both were delicious. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely eat there again if in the area.
