It took 2 hours for them to deliver the pizza and when it got here it looked like it sat on a shelf for the whole two hours.
Made a delivery order at 12.08 pm, was told it would be delivered in 14-19 minutes. About 25 minutes later I look at the delivery status and is says it it just being made. So, new delivery time was anywhere from 1.08 pm to 1.38 pm, which is unacceptable because my lunch starts at 12.30 and goes until 1.00pm. So I called store and was told I could get a refund after 5pm because they can not do refunds without a GM being there.
