Had a very unpleasant experience last night. Our food took 1 hour 45 minutes to be delivered. We did receive a call letting us know the driver was delayed which I appreciated. However, when our food arrived it was cold, it had clearly been in the delivery car for well over an hour. The delivery driver was awful. He was handing the food to my husband and they were falling (several individual bags of wings/bread) so my husband said he couldn’t hold them all and I was coming to help.
