For me if there is an best pizza in whole world that will be pizza depot pizza with creamy garlic base. The dough has some magic, it is so soft and perfect baked with mild roasted colour. But now a days, I have no idea why this is happening. Whenever I ordered pizza it’s always burned and so dry to eat. For looks, I can easily tell its burnt.
Very disappointed with the pizza here. The taste and quality were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place.
Would give zero star if possible! Paid $27 for a Pizza that had no sauce at all. I called the store and the worker was ridiculously rude, asking, "Who eats pizza after 4 hours?" ( it was not 4 hours from when i picked up the pizza). Worst customer service ever. Never coming back.
Recent experience 2 weeks ago, I ordered pizza which is missing garlic dipping but when I contacted the store, they said that they will add the dipping to the next order. Then I made my 2nd order and after that they said they don't have single clue. Customer service is zero. Taking feedback is very crucial for store to run and implement But the actions are not being taken due to this more customers will attract to another franchise or stores which gives attention and good atmosphere with good conversation skills.
