Very disappointed with the service, today 8.30pm i went to Pizza Depot and asked the girl to heat my pizza, but she laughed at me. She said I was wasting her time because I didn’t come on time. I told her many times, i have waited even after the given time as well as waited 25–30 minutes and never complained. She was very rude and had poor customer service.
Very disappointing experience with Pizza Depot. My pizza was served without being properly heated, so it was cold and not enjoyable to eat. I expected better quality and service. I hope they pay more attention to food temperature and customer satisfaction. Time was 8.30 (17 September). Its take two minutes to heat pizza.
