Arrived to the dining room at 8:22. Was told it closes at 9. That was fine. We know what we wanted. Ordered. Food came out quickly. At 8:55 waitress again says dining room closes at 9 and you have to pay and take the rest of your food home. I was appalled that we could not finish our meal. Paid, took our food and left. Google says they are open till midnight. Usually go here every 2 weeks. Won’t be back
I love this place. Best pizza ever! It's usually quiet in the dining room and the service is friendly and fast.
Burned lasagna and refused to take it off the bill. I left my name and number for Paul - the owner - but all I got was Emma responding to my last post re connecting with a team member. I’m emailing the contact email - with my cell number - again - and don’t want an auto reply. Just a good old fashioned response from the owner why they charged me for burned lasagna.
The wait staff and cooks are obviously working incredibly hard, however it is evident that the ownership chooses to remain understaffed. L
The food here is amazing. Wish the customer service was the same. The first time we visited one if the staff had their kids running around the place. Very distracting. Next time we decided to take out. Staff at take out counter acted like we were bothering her. Food however, was worth the abrupt attitude we received. We'll be back but only because we love the food. Don't bother if you're looking for a pleasant night out.
