We absolutely loved our visit here! The pizza was incredible – the crust had a rustic, delicious texture and flavor, the sauce was rich and balanced, and the cheese tied everything together perfectly. A side of whipped ricotta to top the slices was such a lovely touch, and the spicy whipped ricotta was bursting with flavor. The fresh bread served with it was also fantastic! Stopped by for a takeout pizza, got the usual 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepp to get a fair evaluation. Service was quick, and the folks were friendly. It's a deck oven pizza, no conveyors or rotary which was a good sign. Pizza came out cooked perfect, a little crunchy but not burnt. Was pleasantly surprised that the pepperoni was cup and char, cheese wasn't overly salty and the crust had a nice crunch with a good buttery toasted flavor.
