Ordered 2 pizzas thinking that they would be as enjoyable as I get in Canberra to treat my family who had not had and what a let down will never be back to this store. The garlic and rosemary pizza had that much added salt that it was inedible. I highly love the store gungahlin and shocked at the difference between the 2 stores.
The pizza is awesome! However the indian guy working who i presume is the manager was very rude. He literally death stared me from the carpark until I got inside and then as I entered he walked off, the young lady who served me was great, really nice and helpful. As I went back to pick up my pizza after ordering the same guy was standing behind the counter (air pods in) and again stared at me like I was his nemesis and then as I entered he sat down on the chair and started playing some game on his phone. Been a regular customer for years, but lately the service has been sketchy. Missing items, incorrect items, and tonight I placed an online order that didn't get received by the kitchen, even though the transaction went through the credit card and they emailed me a receipt! Edit: Have given them a second chance, and the seem to have picked up their game
Ordered delivery. Waited an hour and called to check. Told it was out for delivery. Called 20 mins later, told it would be delivered ‘any minute’. Called 10 minutes later, told it was delivered to someone else. If people call to check on their order, you shouldn’t just tell them it’s on the way multiple times, but actually check that all is ok with order. Waited over 1.5 hours only to cancel the order and order from somewhere else.
Martina's service was absolutely outstanding 👏. She was so attentive, kind and very helpful with our dietary requirements. The 1/2 & 1/2 combination was delicious 😋 Highly recommend this outlet! 👌
