Food was very very average and the service was awful. Some food arrived that did not at all match the description on the menu and their attempt to fix it was incompetent. Never going back.
Most staff do not understand English. If you find someone who knows English and you try to ask about their Wifi service they will become very irritated and they refuse to get wifi for the customers. They tell you that ou can get service if you walk about 1 mile down the road they tell you. If that were the only issue it would be tolerable but.... the coffee is horrible, the paninis are hard and not good, sauce is like ragu, not authentic. The staff are not even nice at all. trustworthy choices & you can find what you will like. staff is attentive. the bathroom doesn't need to be plush but it needs mild improvement if possible.
