Slow delivery. Why bother.
I ordered a Large pizza with cheese and pepperoni on 05/12/2025. I received the pizza via delivery, after the delivery driver drove off, I opened the box and saw that I received a cheese-only pizza and it was dry like it had been sitting out for awhile. I called the store to let them know of the discrepancy and the person who answered the phone said it wasn’t their fault (although I placed the order online using my account which clearly shows the pizza being ordered as cheese with pepperoni… as well as my receipt). I ordered on doordash and I've gotten the baked penne several times before and it's delicious but the last couple of times I've ordered, it's completely wrong. It's missing the cream sauce and the cheese. It's just penne with tomato sauce. Why am I paying more for the baked penne and it's basically the same as the spaghetti. Please fix this problem or change the description and price of the baked penne
Very disappointed in the pizza. Ordered 2 pepperoni and banana peppers. Taste was good but the bread and crust was extremely stale. Got a good jaw workout chewing it up. Felt like the pizza sat there all day and they just reheated it for delivery.
