What happened to this place? Why does the phone just ring, why does no one answer? Now today, attempt to call, and the line stays with a busy signal. Previous to the past couple months, my experience here had been 5 star worthy. But I gotta give it no more than 3 now, since it doesn't seem like I'll ever be able to order again from here.

Same as others. Do not order online. We ordered online and went to pickup the order. The store was closed. They still charged our card. We tried contacting corporate and nobody answered. We had to go through the trouble of disputing the charges with our credit card company and getting them reversed. Corporate surely knows about this problem with this branch, but apparently is still taking peoples money. Shame on them and this sketchy Mechanicsville location.

I ordered online for pickup on a Saturday at 4pm. I arrived at the pickup time and the doors was locked and signs was off. As I was walking away, a man popped out and flagged me down. He asked what I needed. I asked for the pizza I had ordered. It had not been made but he offered to make it and said he was the only one around and was cleaning. This seemed pretty sketchy so I asked to cancel my order and be refunded. It sounded like he had the manager on the phone who promised to do so. Several days later and I have still not... read more
