Same as others. Do not order online. We ordered online and went to pickup the order. The store was closed. They still charged our card. We tried contacting corporate and nobody answered. We had to go through the trouble of disputing the charges with our credit card company and getting them reversed. Corporate surely knows about this problem with this branch, but apparently is still taking peoples money. Shame on them and this sketchy Mechanicsville location.
The pizza was okay.
I ordered online for pickup on a Saturday at 4pm. I arrived at the pickup time and the doors was locked and signs was off. As I was walking away, a man popped out and flagged me down. He asked what I needed. I asked for the pizza I had ordered. It had not been made but he offered to make it and said he was the only one around and was cleaning. Ordered pizza over 2 hours ago. Called twice. Was told both times that the driver is on the way. I don’t expect to be eating pizza tonight.
Wife placed order online as usual on 07/09/2025 and when I arrived to pick up PB's was closed up tight. Around 5:45 PM. Nice way to do business guys.
