Ordered pizza over 2 hours ago. Called twice. Was told both times that the driver is on the way. I don’t expect to be eating pizza tonight.
Wife placed order online as usual on 07/09/2025 and when I arrived to pick up PB's was closed up tight. Around 5:45 PM. Nice way to do business guys.
I ordered Pizza Boli's on July 8, 2025. I did an online order for the whole family. 75$ worth of food. I waited til the pick up time and when I got there the place was locked and nobody was there. I need a refund asap, no one picked the phone, the doors were locked and the lights were off. For it to say it was open at 430pm in the afternoon and let the order go completely thru. The food was thrown together, shaking my head, pizza was dry and forgot to send the French Fries. This is not the first time, but I was giving them multiple tries. The Pizza Boli's in PG county are definitely on point, but this one here in Mechanicsville, I have my doubts.
Had a great experience at Pizza Boli's! The customer service was top-notch — the person at the register was incredibly friendly and super amicable. It's not often you come across someone who makes you feel genuinely welcome. He definitely deserves a raise! The service alone made the visit worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!
