I am new to the area. I have tried this place a total of three times in the last month and a half the services outstanding. They have really good pizza strombolis and everything else that I have ordered was awesome. The employees their know who you are when you walk in.. I will continue to go there when I want good pizza
Jalapeño poppers were great. Ordered gyro and majority of the pita bread was stale and hard. Something that the person making the sandwich would have immediately realized.
Update: The manager of the store contacted me and politely/professionally asked if I would consider giving his team another chance to make things right and assured me that he would monitor the quality of the food preparations going forward as well. Given the generous nature of the request, we will gladly order from that store again. I have had at least a hundred subs from the Edgewater location over the years and for the most part, I was pleased with the quality of the food and considered it a good value. Well, apparently that run is over. I got the cheeseburger sub, which has been a favorite and it was terrible. The meat was bland and over cooked, the roll was stale, the lettuce was not fresh and overall it was a terrible sub.
