Ordered a few pizzas and wait was supposed to be 45-55 mins. An hour later I called and was told it was about to be on the way. 40 mins later I called and was told it was on the way 10 mins ago and would be another 20 because they had other orders. I was unhappy with that response. Over 2 hours for pizza? The guy blamed me for ordering online (?), and said it would be there soon and “very fresh”. Nobody wants to work apparently heck I waited for a DoorDash Order for 45 mins they had no other orders it was a sub and a pasta how hard can it be I don’t know how there still in business Poor workmanship Lost potential orders because of them
Ordered a chicken cheesesteak sandwich from this establishment. Got halfway home to realize the order was wrong. Called the location to say order was wrong I got the run around and told there was nothing to be done. I asked for the manager and was pit on hold for 10 minutes. I drove back to the location just to be told the don't give out management information.
