Another Waldorf establishment I will not be patronizing ever again. I ordered deep fried wings for delivery. I called and told them I did not receive deep fried wings I got baked wings. Then man that answered said “how are you sure you got baked wings instead of deep fried! “ I know what deep fried look like not to mention I come here often. They then tried to argue about giving me my money back and only my delivery fee of $5! Keep the money but I won’t be back.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas and Asian zing wings from the Waldorf Pizza Bolis and once I arrived at home with dinner for my family, I was upset as I opened the Asian Zing Wings container to find that I had no sauce in them but a small container of brown sauce. I put the wings back in the bag and returned them to the restaurant the next day and spoke with a man leaving out of the door who stated he was the manager and to let his staff know and they will remake the order the correct way but that was far from happening as I was b... read more
