I placed my order for 1 chef salad at 5:31pm according to the receipt. The employee (Kayleigh) stated it would be 10 minutes. That sounded reasonable however at 5:55 I hadn't received my order. I approached the counter only to find out my order was sitting in the refrigerator the whole time. Ms Kayleigh had a smirk on her face.
