After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, I was told that the manager at this location (Gibson in Albuquerque) told the employee answering the phone NOT to take anymore orders because they are too busy!! Really? I was ready to order the current special which is for Today Only seeing as its Pi Day. Guess I won’t be buying from this franchise ever again!! And I really do like Pizza 9. What a shame!!!
Pizza arrived 3 hours late and cold. Had to call 2 times to find out where it was and each time was given another estimated time. Maybe next time they shouldn't promise something they can't deliver.

This pizza 9 location not only had me wait 20 minutes for an Italian Beef and Italian Sausage, both sandwiches were cold and just downright bad.. Gibson Location in Albuquerque NM
