Place is a scam and they do not care about customers in anyway. This is not an opinion I have video. They delivered me a cold 45 min rubber pizza and a cold donair. Call customer service and they say they will replace the food and deliver it again. I was like that would be great if I did not leave for work. Lady on the phone said she would give me a $30 credit. Not surprised this pizza joint has only 2.8 out if 5 stars!!! I ordered pizza at 5:27. It took an hour and a half to arrive. When it got here, it was soggy and cold. When I asked them to come pick up their pizza and refund my money, they refused. They said they would no longer replace my meal and that I can request a refund by sending an email to someone. We’ve been going to the Pizza 73 location in Spruce Grove now for many years. When they opened up in Stony, we started going there. The family who owns this chain, is lovely. This review is no reflection on them. Placed an order on their website. Paid with Visa Secure. The website shows my order has processed. When I go to pickup my order they haven’t received it. This is not the first time this has happed. Figure your system out! When I called customer support they couldn’t “do anything” except assure me that I’d get my money back in 3-5 days.
