I pre-ordered 5 XXL pizzas and they were running behind, so the pizzas were not ready at the requested pick up time. They immediately offered an extra cheese pizza at no extra cost for the inconvenience without me having to ask for any compensation.
First time ordering. Decent pizza. Nothing to write home about but not bad.
