Really disappointed with this pizza store. It clearly says when they close at 1:00 AM, and I placed my order before 12:00 AM. Customer service initially confirmed that my order would be made, but then the store employee suddenly said they’re cancelling it for no reason. This kind of miscommunication is frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re open, then serve customers properly instead of wasting their time. Won’t be ordering again.
Ordered a pizza ..he asked if I want extra cheese ..I said yes. Paid for not but never got extra cheese. And the pizza was ….ok at best.
I just want to say I’m really disappointed with this order tonight. The delivery window said 12:51–1:21 AM, and it’s already 1:55 AM with still no food and no clear update. I understand delays can happen, but the frustrating part is being left waiting this late with no communication at all. If the order was going to be this late, I should’ve at least been notified so I could decide what to do instead of just waiting and hoping it shows up. I order pizza from them when i received, it had tempered seal. When i opened pizza and started eating found hair in the pizza slice. Don’t you guys require to wear hair net while working ? Never gonna order from you again.
