This place is so stupid. My mother ordered a pizza, and the customer service guy said to go pick it up in 20 minutes. So she goes to pick it up from the Shawnessy location like she was told and the doors are locked. So I call customer service for her and the customer service agent calls the store, then tells me that the place is closed until 3:00 p.m.. she was on limited time, and they just wasted all that time. I’ll no longer be frequenting this Pizza 73 location due to the limited ordering options now available. The website no longer allows me to place a pickup order - I can also not phone the pizza 73 line and place an order by phone — only walk-in ordering or ordering off the app for delivery are offered. I'm unsure why this change was made, but it creates a frustrating experience. One of the best pizza I ever had! So delicious! Customer service was outstanding and attention to details was amazing. Neat and clean place with great food and service, I strongly recommend it!
