Nothing was there and we couldn't ordere
Horrible experience. I would rate a zero if I could. After waiting over an hour we tried getting an update on our food. No one there to ask. When we entered a request to speak to someone on the kiosk no one came out to help. Finally my husband started yelling in the back and a guy said that that restaurant was even open (although it said it was online & let us put the order in). Absolutely horrible experience.
Got an order from doordash. 15 bucks for a small gyro with the wrong toppings. I ordered chicken not lamb as i try not to eat red meat. So that was fun. Was supposed to have feta jalapenos and toubbleh. The toubbleh was garbage and it had 0 feta and 0 jalapenos. Cold fries and stale. Warm diet coke. Everything about my order made me sad that i just received what possibly was the worst food i have had in quite some time.
Worst pizza ever!
Disappointed to walk 20 minutes from my accommodation to find this to be a food hall with electronic ordering kiosks which would not accept my cell phone number, so I was unable to progress beyond that screen and with no human on site able to override the computer, I had no choice but to find an alternative eatery. I have similar issues ordering online when a phone number is required. Businesses need to consider travellers from overseas with international phone numbers when implementing these sorts of ordering systems.
