I made an appointment for a Biote injection. I was told, as a new patient, as long as I had labs within one year I could be seen. I went to drop my labs off the week before my appointment and was asked to wait for the doctors decision on whether or not they were sufficient. I don't have any problems with Dr Pizarro, she's awesome. On my first time to have my facial, the aesthetician is a SLACK,just steamed my face for a minute and the steamer was placed on my right side,lower than my face and barely steaming my face. I asked her to reposition it but she doesn't do it correctly and she's being impatient. Then without proper steaming my face she started extraction.
