My Wife took my son in on July 31, 2023 for a deep laceration to his hand. They waited for over 2 hours and still don't see a doctor. Numerous times one of the nurses or other workers ignored my wife and my son. This all happened while several people who obviously knew the people in the clinic walked straight in well my son was sitting with his finger bleeding and a deep laceration. What a great team I was privileged to witness this morning. The lab was shorthanded this morning and very busy. I saw the front line jump into action and do everything they could to help out the lab girl (who had never been here before) get organized and weed through a problem bunch of clients. Hurrah to you all.
