Thank you for being negligent and sending a new prescription without a phone call, instructions or informing me I need a new medication.Then when I called to see why I’m taking this new medication her new receptionist hung up on me several times. Furthermore, another patient protected health related information was mailed to my address. Mines to his. Both will be formal complaints with NY State. She is careless and her new office staff will be the fall of her practice. Find another MD. She has known me for close to 10 years ... read more
