Had an amazing experience here. Unique food offerings, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The food has some more Mayan inspired seasonings and dishes, so I had a margarita made with bitter orange juice instead of lime, and a pumpkin seed dip that was amazing. Small order of nachos was enough for 2 people to split as a meal and the 2 tacos I has were flavorful and full of meat! I was pleased that literally everything exceeded my expectations. Easily one of the best places to eat in the Gorge, I've lived in San Francisco and NyC and this place competes and surpasses most places in both locales. The tacos are bomb, the guac and chips superb, and steak dinner delectable. I don't drink too much but the margs are on point. Honestly, can't go wrong.
The guacamole, chips and hot sauce were outstanding. The chicken mole was even better and fed both of us with one order. To finish it off, the tres leche was even better!!! The owner and staff are very friendly. We will be bringing friends back to eat there soon.
Not a typical Mexican restaurant. It never said it was. I like it exactly like it is. Great food, friendly staff and good energy in the room. Is like to see corn tortilla chips besides flour.
Man…Food is so good!! Flan at the end tops it all off excellent texture, roasted caramel flavor and sea salt
