This is by far the worst automotive service experience I’ve ever had. They installed incorrect parts, failed to perform the services they charged me for, and didn’t even properly complete an oil change. When I returned with issues caused by their work, they refused responsibility and acted like they didn’t know what was wrong—despite the problems starting immediately after service.
