Had such a great experience with the photo booth. Even if I had a question a team member called with in the hour and answered any questions that I had. Set up was super easy and sending back process was super easy. Will def keep this company on save for future use! Thank you so much pixilated photo booth you made my daughter sweet 16 even better!
I was on the fence between Kruu and Pixilated and im so glad I chose this company! My order arrived timely, 2 days before my event. I opened and troubleshot all components to discover the lamp charging port was not functional, therefore the light would not come on. I emailed customer service and Nic was on it! I was actually referred to this company from my best friend/ bridesmaid, who has been in the event planning space for over 20 years and stated she used them multiple times in the past. I wanted to love this service, but I can't. I purchased the top package, and from the beginning I wouldn't consider their communication the best. Set-up was not as easy as the instructions mentioned, and reaching out to them by text was not handled as advertised. Ordered for our wedding. People loved it! The booth arrived in time and we got some great photos out of it.
We were genuinely impressed with how smoothly the shipping process went. Everything arrived on time, clearly marked and as expected. However, we did run into a few issues with installation on the day of the event. It also took longer than expected to receive a response after texting the troubleshooting number, despite following the provided instructions.
