I called on a Sunday. Lucía met me at the time I asked. She did an AMAZING job cutting my short hair! (even though my husband thought the top was too short. Lol. That's because I asked her to make it shorter!) Just went back. Even after I let it grow out as much as I did, my hair STILL looked great before I got it cut again. I really like that she listens to what you want and does it. Very friendly, too.
