I have bought several items there, including 3 different coats of arms for different family names. They have some nice Celtic jewelry and items from the British Isles.

Unfortunately, they do not provide good customer service to online shoppers. I ordered something on Nov 7th and had to follow up with the order myself to find out how soon I would get it. Unfortunately, I still have not recieved my item ordered and I had to inquire again about the status of it today (Dec 12). This is most dissappointing. I am sure that they are nice. But I shouldn't have to follow up with my own order status. What ever happen to good customer service in this country? I don't think that it is too much to ask ... read more

We greatly regret your negative experience with us. We made several attempts to contact the supplier in Ireland, both by phone and email. We were unable to get through. We also contacted several other stores to see if we could get the item from one of them, and they were also out-of-stock, and many of them too were unable to get through to the supplier. We tried to get what you wanted, but failed to keep you properly informed. That is regrettable.
