Tried to call and text many times, there was no response she said she was sick and unable to help me but never returned my deposit. I did not want to review this place because I was trying to be understanding but this is ridiculous.
Very unprofessional booked online with Steph through Pixie Meadow Beauty, for an appointment. Upon arriving to the suite they were CLOSED, despite their website stating they are open and having AVAILABLE appointments. I was then instructed by the owner of that salon to go to Luna’s. Upon arriving at Luna’s they were also closed. Thankfully I was able to contact who I am assuming is Luna who was as helpful as she could be by attempting to get ahold of Steph. She is amazing!! The quality and attention to detail is top notch. My lashes always look soooo good. Did I mention she also has a workable, open schedule, great communication, and is one of sweetest people I’ve met. She has real talent and it shows 🤍
I absolutely love getting my lashes done here! Lyssie always does exactly what I want and always makes sure my lashes will last as long as possible!!
