This company has by far THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The website claims 3 to 6 weeks for orders and my friends and family and I are still waiting on orders and it has been over 15 WEEKS! The company never contacted any of us to let us know about the delay or explain the delay. When you try to reach them through email they take days to respond and still don't give you any answers of when you will actually have your product. Great products, run super small. Horrible customer service. I received a hoodie as a gift and needed to extange it for a different size, the lady said it would take 3 weeks to custome order it, okay no big deal, its been almost 3 months and ive tried getting ahold of them 3 differnt ways.
Agree with all the negative reviewers. Dealing with this company is an extremely frustrating and time consuming process. Cute items, when they send them or send the correct ones! I've had both happen. I should have learned my lesson, but thought that if I went through a consultant I might get have better service. No, the same exact horrible customer service but now I have an equally frustrated middle person involved! Do not order from this company!
