Highly recommend. They are very responsive and solution-oriented with specific requests and details. All workers are background checked and project manager is regularly on site overseeing all work. They are completing hallway work where I live and took time and care to explain materials and processes and safety to my son and I.
They are currently working with our apartment complex to paint the hallways. Instead of rolling the paint they went with spraying the paint. Which should only be done in a well ventilated unhorsed area (neither apply to our apartment complex). They all are wearing respiratory masks but leave the hallways doors close and do nothing to make sure the area is well ventilated. They are putting everyone’s health at risk. We hired Mauricio for a bathroom refresh. We needed to do a cost-effective update to a very dated bathroom. He was able to paint and refinish our tile making it appear much more modern. He also stripped two layers of old wallpaper, textured the wall and painted it. The entire process was very professional. The work area and surrounding area was kept clean and the noise was kept to a minimum while we worked throughout the renovation. I would recommend Mauricio and his team.
