Colby is the BEST to work with! Always super responsive, answers any questions and is detail oriented. I've worked with plenty of restoration companies but choose Pivotal because of Colby!

Pivotal Restoration's customer service and repair work was a 10 out of 10. They completed all our repairs from Hurricane Helene with vast knowledge, craftsmanship, friendly and courteous crews and wonderful communication. Our project manager, Brian Godfrey stayed in touch throughout the project, checked in on every repair, going above and beyond in all aspects of this project!

I wanted to send a special thank you to both Robert Knight and Brian Godfrey for their commitment to us following Hurricane Helene's damage to our home. Robert stayed connected throughout the project, while Brian was so communicative, respectful and on-site from beginning to end. In fact Brian was so committed, he actually climbed into our pool to make sure the repairs were done properly (who does that nowadays?!?!) 5 STARS!
