Fran is always so welcoming and takes her time to explain everything and make sure you understand and are good with her treatment plan.
I was referred to Fran at Pivotal Point to help with my muscle pain in my neck and shoulder as well as anxiety, after the first treatment I felt immediate relief. A week later and another treatment in, I am still positively feeling the effects!!!!
