Cassidy rules! I injured my pelvic floor doing powerlifting training, and I was in pain for almost a year. I went to Cassidy, and she quickly identified my injury, and educated me on lifestyle/training changes needed to stop making my injury worse, and actually heal it! Cassidy is incredible. I started seeing her when I was pregnant and she helped me so much as I prepared for baby! I learned so much about my body, how birth would affect it, and how to best prepare. I truly couldn’t have done pregnancy without her!
I am so glad I found Cassidy! I've been suffering from chronic problems with my pelvic floor for years and resisted seeing a pelvic floor therapist for longer than I'd like to admit. After countless prescriptions and surgeries, nothing has improved my health and well-being as much or as quickly as the work Cassidy and I have been doing for the past couple months.
