I just had my first ever ride with Pivotel Moments Transportation Division. A driver called in sick and I thought, here we go, cancel. Then I got a call from the owner herself, Scholar Jenkins. She said, "Mr. Robb don't worry, I'm on my way." Not many owners would ever do that. Thank you so much!!!!!
