Staff and both doctors are great. I have been with Dr Cellupica for over 15 years and have always found him to have a wonderful bedside manner. Our healthcare system is broken to no fault of the doctors or staff. They are doing the best they can given the situation. We all should have some grace and patience. The clinic is busy but they try their best to improve when and where they can. I am personally very happy to have Dr Cellupica as my children's pediatrician.
Great experience! Staff are friendly and Dr. Cellupica is honestly great. Addresses all our concerns as being first time parents, he gives us relief. We appreciate him.
If you are a poc please don’t have Dr. Cellupica as your paediatrician. I read good reviews about the clinic so we visited, initially he was nice to us (for the first appointment), and thereafter for the next two appointments spent a maximum of 5 minutes with us. You’re talking about first time parents, who are looking to their paediatrician for information. He dismissed our concerns instantly, and literally gave us nothing to work with. Always outstanding support. Doctor Witt is a highly skilled pediatrician and she has supported our family for many years. Also their support staff is amazing. I can highly recommend Pivotal Kids.
I am truly grateful for Dr. Witt and the care she provides for my son with special needs. She is kind, patient and thorough. She takes the time to answer my questions and ensures we feel heard and supported. Thank you to the office staff as well.
