Great experience! Staff are friendly and Dr. Cellupica is honestly great. Addresses all our concerns as being first time parents, he gives us relief. We appreciate him.
If you are a poc please don’t have Dr. Cellupica as your paediatrician. I read good reviews about the clinic so we visited, initially he was nice to us (for the first appointment), and thereafter for the next two appointments spent a maximum of 5 minutes with us. You’re talking about first time parents, who are looking to their paediatrician for information. He dismissed our concerns instantly, and literally gave us nothing to work with. We also had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes each appointment for him to come see us. Aft... read more
Always outstanding support. Doctor Witt is a highly skilled pediatrician and she has supported our family for many years. Also their support staff is amazing. I can highly recommend Pivotal Kids.
I am truly grateful for Dr. Witt and the care she provides for my son with special needs. She is kind, patient and thorough. She takes the time to answer my questions and ensures we feel heard and supported. Thank you to the office staff as well.
