Five stars isn’t enough to share what great service we received from Pivotal (nurse Mary). We chose to use Pivotal after our daughter had a stressful visits at the normal urgent care. Having the comfort of our home and Nurse Mary, who was so patient, kind and thoughtful about walking through everything with our daughter made everything so much less stressful for her. Thank you for an amazing service and team!

Editing original review to share how disappointing Pivotal's recent changes have been. Most insurances no longer accepted, extremely high out of pocket costs. No longer a viable option for many families. --- Absolutely love pivotal health! I've used them 3x in the past year, twice for my 1-year old and even had them visit me at my office for a quick appointment when my schedule just wouldn't allow for me to deal with the back-and-forth of trying to get seen by my usual clinic.
