This was the nearest of the 2 local-ish results that came up. But when I walked up expecting to see an open clinic, it made it clear ONLY THEN that there was no walk in capacity. Blown away! This is such an outstanding service. My daughter had been sick for over 10 days; she had a video visit with a provider back home that was less than 3 minutes and gave no help. The next day I signed her up for this membership (at midnight) and they were AT HER DORM at 9am. and she was in definite need of antibiotics, which was prescribed along with a probiotic. The NP was so unbelievably nice and caring AND I had to speak to the billing office (my own fault) and it was quickly resolved and they were extra friendly... read more
Five stars isn’t enough to share what great service we received from Pivotal (nurse Mary). We chose to use Pivotal after our daughter had a stressful visits at the normal urgent care. Having the comfort of our home and Nurse Mary, who was so patient, kind and thoughtful about walking through everything with our daughter made everything so much less stressful for her. Thank you for an amazing service and team!
