Always friendly and helpful
Dr Ellis is a very competent and caring doctor and I would highly recommend him.
I spent 20 minutes trying to book on line with Pivotal Health through the HotDoc online booking platform. I setup 3 available appointments and was rejected and redirected to setup another appointment. As with other flackey webites I remain angry, sceptical and frustrated. I recommend the phone as at least you can get a tone of the conversation.
