The receptionist was courteous and thorough at acknowledging by arrival upon checkin. Wait time was short. Medical personnel that took me back to the exam room was polite and efficient. Dr Blakely was very knowledgeable and explained everything relevant to the exam, etc.
Just a big shout out to the ladies at Pivotal Foot and Ankle, they went out of their way to work with the VA which is not easy and got all my paperwork together to get my appointment. Thank you all!!
