Stay Away. Illegal practice. Ani & her manager just told me regardless of what my contract says - which is a 30-day cancellation policy - they WILL charge me for an entire additional month on the 23rd of August thereby requiring me to pay for 50 days and tlshe said "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT". All employees are trained in this illegal practice (per Ani) where they steal your money. Her manager validated that they treat everyone this way.
Almost nothing good to say since the ownership change. Perpetually dirty, machines broken, HVAC system inoperable, bathrooms could have come out of a subway. Run away from this mess as fast as you.can. Please manager respond to to me and this post. And make it public. Thanks to the owner for a response.
