I've been living at loft bout 3ys.. when I first moved in my rent was $700 and some change I was working the 2nd yr my rent went up to $880.00 I'm retired now an on a fixed income .. I expressed my concern to the office manager why is my rent still 880.00 an its not gone down now I'm not making the money I was making when I was working. Her answer was this isn't a subsidized building..I'm a little confused? Yall can go up if my income go up $3 but you don't go down if my income go down $3 but yall saying your not subsidized.... read more

2 yrs ago when I 1st move at senior loft things was good! 1yr without doorbell service building management isn't any help she sit in that office an dose nothing now I have no hot water for 4days..knock on management door an this tramp got the nerve to yall stating she in a meeting!! IDGAF! NO DOORBELL AN NOW NO HOT WATER!! I
