Pivot Excellent range on wood fires was served by Aim, who I applaud for her excellent knowledge and patience with customers. She helped us with every question.
Really lovely staff, kind and helpful. Went out of their way. Great service. We purchased a gas fake fire heater after years of wanting one to fill an ugly old empty fireplace. Installers were really lovely as well as sales staff who happily indulged my indecision! We love it so much… it’s been so relaxing to sit in front of during a stressful period in our life. Honestly, the fire has really saved our sanity. Don’t hesitate!
I needed some replacement parts for my wood burner and contact Pivot Stove. Not only was my query answered in double quick time, I have the solution I was looking for. Great communication and all together a fantastic consumer experience. Highly recommend this company and the people that work there.

Took a friend ( elderly lady ) here so she could purchase a NZ Wood Heater. We were looked after extremely well . Friendly Staff & Service was Great. Approx 3/4 weeks delivery due 2 Color Scheme. Either this Heater (NZ) or the Canadian Log Fire Heater ... if u r looking 4 Wood Heater ... worth the Drive ...
