Took a friend ( elderly lady ) here so she could purchase a NZ Wood Heater. We were looked after extremely well . Friendly Staff & Service was Great. Approx 3/4 weeks delivery due 2 Color Scheme. Either this Heater (NZ) or the Canadian Log Fire Heater ... if u r looking 4 Wood Heater ... worth the Drive ...
I can't speak to the service - reviews are very good and I'd like to support a local business. This morning I was commuting to work on my bike wearing high vis and the Pivot Stove van nearly knocked me off at the roundabout at Barwarre rd. Hopefully it was just a mistake but the driver rushed to beat me into the roundabout and got way too close, causing me to break and swerve. Please have patience, I'm just trying to get to work too. It will cost you 3 seconds to wait for me safely get through.
No hesitations recommending Pivot heating. We went in after an insert for our open fireplace fand the very knowledgeable Suzanne listened as we described our home and heating needs and recommended the Pacific Energy Neo insert wood heater. We christened it over the weekend and it absolutely meets our needs, the fan heating the room up nicely and then we were able to turn the fire down to a slow burn, which was really efficient. Excellent service! Ordered fire bricks online and they were ready within an hour. Called into the store to pick them up and the staff were friendly and professional even when I needed to cancel and reorder the bricks I needed. They did this without any fuss and sent me on my way very satisfied. Great Geelong company!
Big shout out to this company especially team member Danish who went above and beyond to source parts for my out out date fire place. It was only for a number of fire place parts (so a small order) but Danish was able to find the parts and send interstate to me with instructions and all. Big thanks again
