i have owned 8 solar breeze products, 4 were the original and the last 4 were the ariel. The original unit was incredible and performed great and lasted. Ariel is a complete dud. If you purchase a warranty, then we will only replace it with a previously used dented unit. I had a brand new ariel that didn't work and I received back a dented old unit which barely works. Do not buy and don't be deceived by this company. An excellent company gone bad. Such a shame.

My first purchase from them was awesome. Their nx2 pool skimming robot was amazing. When it was time for a replacement it was a no brainer to order from them once again. The robot arrived completely dead. I tried letting it charge in the sun nothing happened so i asked for a replacement. They do respond by asking you a series of questions trying to make it your fault which is annoying but they did send a replacement. The replacement didn’t seem to work properly. Have purchased 3 of these units over past 3 years, went thru hell getting the first two repaired and replaced, they last less than a year and good luck getting this company to respond to you after that! I emailed them about the current one being down over a month ago, got the auto response that I'd hear from them in 2-3 days, and got nothing! I purchased Ariel in June and have been pleased with the performance. However, now one of the paddles is stuck in position and Ariel does not have the same mobility. I don't know how to repair the paddle. Please advise.

Owned the NX2 and the Ariel. The Ariel is an upgrade but has some bugs. Customer service was GREAT however and made sure I was happy. Keep up the good week.
