Pivot is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are timely, organized, let you know when something is a concern and their customer service is so friendly and caring.
There isn't another pharmacy in Vernon that offers what Pivot does. Lower dispensing fees, lower drug costs, private counseling to help coordinate meds and delivery. They take the time to know you and available for questions you may have about drug interactions. Staff are extremely helpful. You won't be disappointed switching to Pivot. They will save you money compared to Shoppers and Noan's. Check out what you pay for dispensing fees per medication at your current drug store.. You will be shocked!!!
Amazing staff very helpful very knowledgeable and kind. When I wasn’t able to pick up my scrip they would always send the delivery drivers to make sure I was able to take my medication on time. As an addict I was always treated with respect and kindness and genuine concern for my wellbeing. Never felt judged or made to feel less then. And always reminded me that I matter and when i decide to get clean supported me and my family answering questions to help parents understand addiction.
