No matter what Condition you leave the apartment they will charge you to clean so don’t expect your full deposit. Its also super expensive. You can get a nice mortgage for $1000 a month. You can hear everyone running and yelling down the halls. I rented at 3998 Westdale. Good luck!
Awful. Will find any reason to not give you full deposit. People run up and down hallway. Take forever to fix issues sometimes never even come. Take days to plow parking lot. Very expensive. 0/5
Apartments look nice online. But the management, especially Jessica Rowe is so horrible. We moved into the downtown newbo area, 329 building. When we moved in there was a hole in the bathroom wall that allowed bugs in all over our unit, management took 2.5 weeks to fill the hole.... The property manager Jessica doesn't respond to emails, doesn't email every leaseholder on the lease, she does the bare minimum of her job and that is the reason I will never rent or recommenced any Q4 Property... Horrible experience.
Do not recommend renting from Q4. They do not care about their tenants. Nice apartments but management makes the experience not worth renting from them.
Very professional and friendly, and respond very quickly when in need of anything. Really enjoyed renting through them and will definitely recommend to others!
