I am a 38 year old veteran who had shoulder surgery due to an injury during the fire academy. I’ve been coming to this facility for years whenever old injuries flare up, and the staff has always been wonderful, welcoming, and professional. I typically work with Tony, and as someone who has needed physical therapy every year or so due to work-related injuries from being in the military, I can honestly say Tony has been the only therapist who has consistently helped me manage and work through a chronic musculoskeletal injury. I had a wonderful experience with Athletico/Pivot Physical Therapy, especially with their aquatic therapy program. The facility is clean and welcoming and the pool is absolutely awesome! Jordan was my therapist and I truly appreciated his knowledge, patience, and encouragement throughout my therapy. He made me feel comfortable and supported while working with me towards my goals. After back surgery, I ended up having to use a walker to move around. Thanks to the people at PIVOT, (Primarily Caitlin and Susan) I am now able to walk on my own, drive, and walk my dog! Everyone I have encountered there is kind and helpful and is bending over backwards to support my recovery. I can’t even begin to thank them enough for all they’ve done, and for all their kindness. From the front desk to the physical therapy assistants, they are the most pleasant group of people you’ll ever want to meet.
