Pivot PT is fantastic! My husband used them to rehab with after spine surgery last October, with much success. After I had knee replacement surgery in January, I knew exactly where I was going for physical therapy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles from the front staff. Had a great experience for knee replacement surgery. All of the staff made me feel like they were part of my recovery team, not just a number being pushed through the process. Very caring staff 😀👍

I had a great experience at Pivot New Town. Dr. Bob was my PT for a foot fracture and a long-term rotator cuff tear. He designed a customized program for each resulting in very positive outcomes for both and he listens! I now have no pain in my foot and I have increased range of motion in my shoulder. And I was given at-home exercises for my shoulder. I highly recommend Dr. Bob and the Pivot team It’s a very positive, upbeat office.

There are no words I could write in this review that can express the wonderful care I received. The staff is amazing. But the most amazing of all was my PT doctor Bob Dill. I spent two days a week for 8 weeks in physical therapy for a bone spur in my kneel. I could not have gotten better care. He listened to my concerns and treat me with the upmost of respect. I had an outstanding experience with Williamsburg Pivot PT. After months of foot and ankle pain and swelling, I was finally able to understand what was going on and what I could do to improve. I learned about inexpensive adaptations for the footwear I already have. I learned exercises to strengthen and support my foot and ankle, and received a clear home exercise program. My questions were answered. The staff was unfailingly positive. Thanks to Bob and Natalie for their excellent care.
