Pivot PT is fantastic! My husband used them to rehab with after spine surgery last October, with much success. After I had knee replacement surgery in January, I knew exactly where I was going for physical therapy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles from the front staff. I had an outstanding experience with Williamsburg Pivot PT. After months of foot and ankle pain and swelling, I was finally able to understand what was going on and what I could do to improve. I learned about inexpensive adaptations for the footwear I already have. I learned exercises to strengthen and support my foot and ankle, and received a clear home exercise program. My questions were answered. The staff was unfailingly positive. Thanks to Bob and Natalie for their excellent care.
Extremely professional staff. All Therapist are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and encouraging. The facility is extremely clean and state of the art. You see the staff laundering the sheets, pillowcases and consistently sanitizing all of the used equipment. I would be remiss not to mention that I seriously feel much better after the therapy. PIVOT had been outstanding for therapy following my hand surgery. Laura and the entire staff are personable, extremely professional and committed to providing individualized rehabilitation!
I had the best experience at this office! Both the providers and front desk staff are wonderful. The therapists and PTAs are encouraging and supportive, and treatment was very effective. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking physical therapy!
