Extremely professional staff. All Therapist are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and encouraging. The facility is extremely clean and state of the art. You see the staff laundering the sheets, pillowcases and consistently sanitizing all of the used equipment. I would be remiss not to mention that I seriously feel much better after the therapy. This PT facility is the best. They worked hard on getting my leg stronger and increased my overall conditioning. Following hip surgery I experienced nerve damage that affected my leg. A number of spinal injections started the healing, but by then I hadn’t used that leg for months. Pivot helped me get my life back and helped me enjoy an active vacation I had long planned
I experienced a polite, efficient, professional, and well-managed staff; a great treatment plan; and carefully organized use of the facilities for maximum throughput. This is the place to go for physical therapy.
I was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen soon. Went to make an appointment and was told 2 months before can be seen. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable for people that are in pain. You should always be willing to do your best to help people in pain. Feeling very disappointed!!
Susan, Natalie , Corinne , Campbell, literally the entire staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and encouraging. Susan and Natalie have made a very stressful time in my life a lot more bearable. I can’t express the amount of appreciation I have for you all. Thank you.
