During the third week of July 2026, I began having stressful pain and discomfort at the very top of my right thigh, in the rear under my hip. The pain was most severe when I first wake in the mornings. Over the next few weeks, I was hoping for relief but had no improvement. I walked in with lower back and hip pains after surgery. The facility was not in my list, but I stumbled in by chance. I am totally impressed with the reception from all the employees there. I was treated by Toshita and her assistant, Amala and their customer care were exceptional. They are very accommodating in every way, paid very close attention to patients need and do what is needed. Their calmness is golden. Very much recommended.
I highly recommend Athletico/Pivot Physical Therapy! Toshita and Amala are absolutely the best. Since me and my mom started coming to Pivot We have experienced nothing but the best The staff Miss Toshita, Miss Amala and Ms Heather Are definitely Top tier they make you feel good from the beginning to the end I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I feel so much better
